This role leads the strategic planning and operational excellence of large-scale digital platforms for a UAE government-affiliated organisation, ensuring stability, innovation, and cost efficiency

Description
Lead the development and implementation of strategic and annual operational plans aligned with the organisation's broader digital goals.Oversee and optimise day-to-day platform operations, ensuring stability, performance, and proactive issue mitigation across multi-enterprise systems.Advise on cost optimisation, vendor performance, and the adoption of innovative technologies to drive operational efficiency.
Profile
10-15+ years' experience in platform operations, enterprise IT, and digital transformation initiatives.Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), platform governance, and vendor management.Relevant certifications including ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, and TOGAF are highly desirable.Strategic thinker and strong communicator with proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
