At least 10-15 years\' experience in the food industry in engineering - projects execution and operations.
Qualification
Masters of Engineering with at least 10-15 years\' experience in the food industry in engineering - projects execution and operations.

Director - Project is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Feasibility studies and initiation of CAPEX (White-book) of capital projects.
- Budget, Contracts and Planning of capital projects
- Execution of capital projects
- Selection of best technology and improve performance of our factories Benchmarking of operations Identifying bottle necks in our factories and guiding the BU to overcome
- Initiating projects within the factories
- Transfer of best practices across the factories
- Technical standardization with-in the IFFCO group
- Technical knowledge source for the IFFCO group (permits-design standard-regulations-process standards etc.)
- Manage team members.
- Delivering projects on time and on budget
- Process Efficiency
- Mediator between Business Units
- People Development
