Feasibility studies and initiation of CAPEX (White-book) of capital projects.
Budget, Contracts and Planning of capital projects
Execution of capital projects
Selection of best technology and improve performance of our factories Benchmarking of operations Identifying bottle necks in our factories and guiding the BU to overcome
Initiating projects within the factories
Transfer of best practices across the factories
Technical standardization with-in the IFFCO group
Technical knowledge source for the IFFCO group (permits-design standard-regulations-process standards etc.)
Manage team members.
KPIs
Delivering projects on time and on budget
Process Efficiency
Mediator between Business Units
People Development
Work experience requirement At least 10-15 years\' experience in the food industry in engineering - projects execution and operations. Qualification Masters of Engineering with at least 10-15 years\' experience in the food industry in engineering - projects execution and operations.
