Overall Responsibility
Responsibilty for all facilities management consulting activities for a defined Account.
Oversee team to ensure a culture of safety, customer service, compliance and quality. Able to lead a highly matrixed team and demonstrate an owner's mentality across technical, soft, and experience services.
"Must be able to negotiate Key Performance Indicators and gain consensus on the facility management strategy & roadmap. Assist in the development and implementation of the annual account plan as identified by the Account Director"
Client relationship management. Become a trusted advisor to clients. Set bar for excellent customer service throughout the organization.
Oversight and management of FM resources in the region and coordination with engineering teams and other service lines.
With supply chain, idenfity opportunities to deliver differentiated value through quality, innovation or cost improvements. Work in conjunction with central supply chain programs and Products Team to introduce and introduce account specific programs to support client specific needs.
Understand MSA and train teams to comply with critical deliverables and performance terms. Lead operational expense budget process across functional partners in support of client objectives. Ensure budget targets are met .
Leverage JLL Product, Operations and Technology standard programs, tools and technology to meet client KPIs/SLAs, client budgets and JLL Account P/L targets.
Enables and drive portfolio level innovative culture and programs, that promote new productsm reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity#Ll-SH3
