What this job involves: You will be responsible for winning, managing and delivering consulting assignments in the people experience domain, as well as overseeing the day-to-day delivery to ensure the work produced by the team meets the highest quality standards, is delivered on time and within budget, and meets the expectations of the clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage and deliver consulting assignments which are expected to be dominantly within the people and organization experience strategies domain including but not limited people experience strategy, health & wellbeing, diversity, equity & inclusion, and organisational design
• Review work produced by the team to ensure highest quality levels output aligned with the scope of work, delivered on time and within budget to the expectations of the client.
• Engage with clients to align with them on the work plans and deliverables.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with your clients beyond the immediate consulting assignment.
• Proactively manage the drafting of proposals and participate in proposal pitches with a focus on converting pipelines into secured wins.
• Develop research, thought leadership and data collection to understand client\xe2\x80\x99s current ways of working and operating.
• Ensure all consulting operational systems (Salesforce and Financial force) are updated, monitored, and maintained.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, psychology, or any other relevant field
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Impeccable communication skills
• Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that exceeds stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with common business software, project management tools and methodologies
• Ability and willingness for frequent travel within the GCC and Middle East
• Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English
