What this job involves

Effectively understand research and consulting needs of prospective clients in healthcare and life sciences sector and define suitable "products or services" to respond to their needs in the most professional manner;

Lead in review, analysis and development of strategies for new business opportunities;

Drive business development initiatives by forming close relationships with clients and securing business wins with respect to fee earning assignments.

Support the HOD - Healthcare in taking a leadership role in the CRM function for Life Sciences clients

Ensure execution of deliverables as per offers and allocation of tasks within the Healthcare and Life Sciences Strategic Consulting team;

Ensure at all times that cooperation prevails between the various offices in the interest of clients.

Required

Customer Focused - dedicated to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; establish and maintain effective relationships

Strong connects with the Life Science industry across MEA region

Drive for Results - results oriented, pushes self and others to achieve results.

Planning and Organizing - strong organizational skills, establishes clear course of action to accomplish goals, can orchestrate multiple activities at once, ability to use resources effectively and efficiently, measures performance against goals, evaluates results

Commercial Acumen - have an entrepreneurial approach and be commercially astute both in terms of winning high value work but also in collecting our fees

8-10 years' experience in ln life science (pharma and biotech) consulting space

Relevant Master's degree in finance / economics / business preferred / LS (pharma and biotech).
