As the Director of C&B, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the C&B vertical for the group. You will be responsible for ensuring that the talent base is appropriately compensated, while meeting the financial commitments of the organisation.
The Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR business partners, finance teams, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in designing and managing the benefits strategy, maintaining external competitiveness, and controlling costs for the organisation.
Lead the planning, management, and delivery of Compensation & Benefits plans
Develop and implement a comprehensive Benefits strategy aligned with business requirements
Evaluate and recommend benefits strategies and solutions based on market best practices
Ensure internal compliance with reporting, data protection, and privacy requirements
Collaborate with HR operational excellence teams on benefits processes and procedures
Stay informed about market trends and develop programs to support business objectives
Establish management systems to ensure compliance and effective implementation of Benefits programs
Contribute to the design and development of HR information systems for efficient data management
The Candidate
Bachelor\'s degree required; Master\'s degree
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR benefits processes
Strong knowledge of market practices, reward and benefits strategy, design, administration, and delivery
Experience in managing compensation reviews, bonus programs, and salary administration
Proven track record of strategic thinking and providing innovative solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to mentor and coach team members
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Salary and Benefits
AED 50,000-60,000 per month, plus company benefits.
