Job Description
Our client, a global FMCG company, is currently recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director you will provide direct and key support to the Regional HR team on all tasks with a focus on compensation and benefits at a local and regional level.
Key responsibilities will include -
- Carry out salary benchmarking across the region
- Support in preparing Mobility packages and remuneration analysis
- Assist in the Bonus review process by consolidating data for review
- Support in the annual C&B summary consolidation and review in the region
- Look at market data for the region to support the C&B comparison (i.e. housing, education cost, etc.)
- Support in the organization chart updates
- Support on the job banding reviews
