Analyze trends in market towards compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay for key roles to ensure its alignment
Partner with concepts in designing and implementing annual incentive schemes for hospitality concepts
Seamless execution of annual pay reviews for all concepts in hospitality
Partner with IT team to ensure the platform for KPIs, goals and performance reviews are running smoothly across all hospitality concepts
Partner with concepts HR team to ensure ratings are aligned with the respective group policy.
Drive effective goal setting &performance review across hospitality concepts
Will work with Head of HR on all the Adhoc projects and support on execution & implementation across UAE & other territories
Liase with corporate & concept HR teams to close on any provisions or related costs
As and when required, will be responsible to prepare and provide Adhoc reports as requested by the Group Head of HR
Guided by Head of HR, design and define framework towards compenesation and benefits structure. Will review and update HR policies & process as per the business objectives.
