In order to further execute our growth strategy, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial personality for our Dubai location as: Director Client Relations Middle East (m/f/d) Position Overview Within Empira Client Solutions, the client relations group is responsible for servicing and growing Empira\'s institutional client base in the UAE. Analysts and associates work closely with the broader client relationship group in producing regular and ad-hoc materials such as portfolio analysis, market summaries, and presentations. The group also works closely with Portfolio Managers to create bespoke investment solutions for institutional clients with specific needs. An important part of the role is thus being able to understand complex concepts and explain them in a clear and concise way to investors. Working in Empira\'s Dubai office, the successful candidate will be part of an agile team with responsibility for driving Empira\'s growth across the UAE. Your tasks
First contact for our institutional and professional investors in the UAE Establishment and expansion of a network of institutional investors Accompanying the growth across the UAE and the ongoing internationalization of the Empira Group Close cooperation with the broader client relationship group in order to deliver regular and ad-hoc materials such as portfolio analysis, market summaries, and presentations Cooperation with the portfolio management to create bespoke investment solutions for institutional clients with specific needs Participation in the implementation and monitoring of marketing activities to proactively approach investors in close cooperation with the department Identification and analysis of market-specific trends and customer needs as well as participation in the development of target-oriented solution and product proposals Support in the planning, creation and realization of customized product launch strategies
Your qualification
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field preferred, CFA desirable Relevant work experience in Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management or Corporate Business Development Existing network of institutional investors Excellent problem solving, presentation and analytical skills Integrity, strong personal values and work ethic, and professional maturity as well as high level of self-initiative Interest both in broader financial markets, and specifically in private assets Excellent communication skills and ability to write clearly and concisely Organized and accurate personality with strong time management skills
