A leading is actively recruiting a Direct Sales Advisor for their Abu Dhabi office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Promote and sell retail banking products (Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgage Finance).
• Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation and field sales.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers through the application process.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent after-sales service.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
• Report daily sales performance and market feedback to management.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Higher Secondary or University Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years UAE banking sales experience (Mortgage, Personal, Auto Loans, Credit Cards).
• Currently employed by a UAE Bank or Brokerage.
• Fluent Arabic is a must.
• Proven sales track record; target-driven with upselling/cross-selling skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of credit processing and customer assessment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.
