Minimum three years' experience as Dining Supervisor or similar role with Hotels, Clubs, restaurants and Catering company.
Must be able to communicate fluently in Arabic & English language.
Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and coordinates activities of waiters engaged in serving food.
Prepare, follow- up and validate duty roaster and time sheet.
Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures
Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
Maintaining highest standards of service to client.
Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
Fully assist in food service, clearance, and store cleanliness.
Self-development in service systems and methods used.
Have full menu knowledge of food being served at site.
Buffet set up and food pickup (A la'carte and Table d hote')
Buffet table frilling.
Theme set up
Daily store requisition and pickup for the department.
Ensure dining and related work areas are kept clean and hygienic.
