HIRING: DIMENSIONAL & WELDING INSPECTOR

QatarQualification:
Diploma or Degree in MechanicalExperience:
Minimum8 years
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Verification of dimensions as per drawings/specifications Use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, etc.) Ability to read
fabrication and assembly drawings
Knowledge ofGD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Fit-up inspection forcolumns, rafters, beams, platforms, ladders
, etc. Verification ofalignment, plumb, angle, elevation, and squareness
Inspection ofedge preparation, root gap, weld size, profile, and misalignment
Conductpre/post-weld dimensional verification
andtolerance & alignment checks
Familiarity withfabrication sequences and QA coordination
Experience insteel fabrication, piping & structural work, machining, and module assembly
CSWIP Certification
is mandatoryImmediate Joining Preferred
