The Digital Transformation Specialist will drive the organisation's digital strategy, embedding technology into core business functions to support growth and innovation. Reporting to the CFO, the role will oversee the NetSuite ERP environment and lead cross-functional digital initiatives across multiple regions.

Description
Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system across subsidiaries.Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for NetSuite modules.Manage third-party integrations (e.g. Meteocontrol, SharePoint).Lead digital transformation projects including CRM, FP&A, and e-invoicing.Champion data management and migration initiatives.Develop dashboards, workflows, and forms to improve user experience.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system enhancements.
Profile
Minimum 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience.Proven experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency NetSuite implementations.Strong understanding of finance processes (billing, payments, GL, reporting).Hands-on experience with NetSuite CRM and Project Management modules.Skilled in NetSuite scripting, workflows, saved searches, and custom records.Preferred: Experience in renewable energy or project development environments
