Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape Al-Futtaim Real Estate\'s digitalization strategy and identify strategic business opportunities.
- Evaluate digital maturity across the real estate portfolio and design actionable roadmaps for transformation.
- Drive end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives with seamless integration into operational processes.
- Serve as the PMO for digital transformation projects, overseeing governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholders across different organizational levels and external partners to ensure project success.
- Provide insights into emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the real estate sector.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy consulting or digital transformation leadership roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing digital initiatives and transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities using PMO methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms, technologies, and innovation trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to drive strategic initiatives effectively.
