Digital Transformation Vision: As thought leaders for the built environment for the past decade, built on a solid foundation of providing a positive experience for all our stakeholders aligned with robust financial stewardship, Alpin today looks to plan for the next decade and considers the potential services that could leverage to our markets. As such, part of our vision is to potentially expand in offering digital services for our stakeholders, with a plan to monetize data within five years. This data monetization process is visualized, at this junction, to happen through a subsidiary of Alpin - as opposed to Alpin directly - that
would have a market identity more centered and focused around digital services for our clients (stakeholders).

Reports Directly to:
Managing Directors Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build-up and Lead the Digital Transformation Team, including coaching, appraisals, and recruiting;
  • Develop and present the 5 years business plan for the Digital Transformation Unit, aligning the overall strategies.
  • Lead the development and carry out of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Digital Transformation activities for significant transformation projects:
  • Internal Projects
  • External Projects
This will help both internal and external stakeholders achieves their digitalization objectives (to be agreed on in the use cases).
  • Use the data monetization tool such as improve, package and sell in all the proposed strategies.
  • Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and corresponding action plans;
  • Manage and supervise external stakeholders/subs such as Data Scientists/Machine Learning /AI engineers;
  • Interface with Setec\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Transformation Team.
  • Manage and supervise the implementations, digitization, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct assessments of corporate culture, performance, and change readiness while leading/supervising teams to build and implement digital data visualizations of our work products for customers;
  • Training: train the Alpin team in digital transformation aspects.
  • Humanize the cultural ramifications of the switch to cloud technology;
  • Showcase the interpretation and use of analytics and models for a business problem.
  • Educate Alpin\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders on the best practices that will affect them as they navigate the digital world.
  • Deliver using Agile techniques to improve solution quality, allow for flexibility, and discover new growth possibilities;
  • Manage the entire work plan for the digital transition, provide monthly status reports, locate problems, and control risks;
  • Establish and maintain communication with key customer decision-makers.
  • In charge of organizing and directing business development activities, such as client presentations, proposal creation, and Scope of Work (SOW),
  • First-year revenue target of AED 650,000 or equivalent; and
  • Initiatives for the growth of practices such as culture-building, internal community involvement, eminence, whitepapers, etc., are led and contributed to.
HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:
  • In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN\xe2\x80\x99s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work;
  • It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality, Environment and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Management System\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent, MBA is a plus
  • With a Driving License in the UAE; and own transportation is a must;
  • Ecosystem engagement: Good communication skills and initiative (go-get-it attitude) with digital transformation ecosystem (suppliers, consultants, and outreach);
  • Intelligent workflows: Engagement with Alpin\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders for continuous improvement of processes and services;
  • Strategy-building skills.
  • Flexible and Agile management skills.
  • Analytical skills for the collection and analysis of data.
  • Outstanding communication skills for business communication and the creation of a cooperative work environment;
  • R&D Skill: Knowledge of the latest trends in digital transformation for the construction industry. This would include commissioning and sustainability business and consumer technology;
  • Excellent project management skills; and
  • Good command of business development, digital marketing and IT skills.
