The main purpose of the role is to support change management efforts for Digital Transformative Initiative. MS Dynamics will be a key pillar of the future landscape. The manager will play a key role in ensuring Digital Transformation transition and specifically the successful D365 design and rollout by proviing change management support and focusing on the people-side of changes to the business processes, systems, job roles and organisation structures. The Change Manager will work to support the global deployment and implementation of Digital Transformation with a strong emphasis on driving: user adoption and effectively measuring the impact on the employees. The desriable candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of the retailer’s users and the change their future operations for the better. The role partners internally are HR, Finance, Operations, Merchandisin, Ecommerce, CRM and Supply Chain. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
