Description
POSITION: Digital Transformation and Development Manager DEPARTMENT: Digital Transformation & Development. TechnoREPORTING TO: COO :Role Purpose The Digital Transformation and Development Manager contributes by identifying areas of opportunity within a company and implementing processes to change its performance for the better. He/ she will also contribute in leading transformational projects whether in systems or digital projects that can be implemented in stores to drive the Omnichannel experience. Responsibilities
Execute full lifecycle transformation and digital transformational projects for the retail business.
Be in charge of implementing projects that will enhance overall store and online customer experience.
Identify the business areas for improvements and implement necessary changes.
Implement necessary operational changes and deliver measurable improvements.
Provide progress reports, trackers, and KPIs for each project.
Collaborate with key internal teams and departments (Gather key insights and feedback that the business can utilize on requirements).
Deliver an omni-channel strategy, leveraging bricks & mortar stores and e-commerce to improve the online and offline shopping experiences.
Engage and collaborate with multi-tiered stakeholders to achieve successful end-to-end implementation of the fulfilment-from-store business model.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field
7 + years of experience in the same field with 3 years in a managerial role
Excellent project management skills and significant experience handling programs with focus on store/online retail shopping.
Prior knowledge and experience with project management and development/roll out/governance/adherence of framework is desirable.
Strong understanding of the retail industry.
Self-starter, accountable and results oriented; takes initiative, is able to commit to and meet established deadlines and objectives, is able to work independently as well as a team player.
Fast learner, agile, keen, and capable of handling new and changing assignments, strong organizational skills are a must.
Analytical and curious; Ability to understand and interpret business contexts and complex/new scenarios/topics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills: able to present to and interact with managerial level and larger audiences, resolve/anticipate conflict, train and coach people.
Committed to excellence and attention to detail.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
