Responsibilities:

Lead the development and optimization of digital administrative systems using AI-driven tools (e.g., Power Apps, Notion AI, Power Automate).
- Automate internal workflows and streamline administrative tasks using AI and automation platforms, replacing traditional processes.
- Use Power BI and other data analysis tools to generate performance reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Manage government-related transactions such as approvals, submissions, and renewals, leveraging digital platforms and automation.
- Integrate and manage digital contracts, documentation, and service agreements using AI tools for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Ensure all records (documents, contracts, invoices) are archived and managed in a fully digital, automated system.
- Support executive management with strategic development and operational improvements using digital and AI-powered solutions.
