Job Title: Research Assistant/Associate/Professor - Digital Transformation Research Center, College of Business Administration, Ajman University
The Deanship of Research and Graduate Studies at Ajman University invites applications for a full-time faculty position (Research Assistant/Associate/Professor) in the Digital Transformation Research Center (DTRC). The successful candidate will be expected to conduct high-impact research, contribute to teaching activities, secure external funding, and actively engage with the university's academic and professional community.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Publications
- Conduct high-impact research in areas related to organizational digital transformation.
- Publish in top-tier, Scopus-indexed Q1 (or ABS 3/4) journals.
- Participate actively in national and international research conferences.
- Deliver lectures and workshops in specialized research areas at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise graduate students' research projects and dissertations.
- Develop and submit competitive research grant proposals.
- Secure external research funding to support ongoing research activities.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and conferences at both national and international levels.
- Foster collaborations with industry partners, governmental institutions, and academic research centers.
- Actively contribute to the growth and visibility of Ajman University and the DTRC.
- A Ph.D. in Business & Management or a closely related field from an internationally reputable institution.
- A strong publication record in high-impact Scopus/ABS-indexed journals with a notable h-index and citation count.
- Proven experience in teaching and research supervision at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Experience in securing and managing external research grants is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in quantitative software for data analysis (e.g., SPSS, Mplus, Lisrel, R) and/or qualitative software for data analysis (e.g., Nvivo)
- Ability to work collaboratively on interdisciplinary research projects.
