We are working with some of the most exciting clients in Saudi Arabia and have a large pipeline of work and are looking to grow our team and ensure we have the best talent to deliver As a capability Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the Product Engineering & Servicing practice. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them navigate the complex landscape of smart city technologies and solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing smart city / cognitive facilities strategies: You will work with clients to develop comprehensive smart city strategies that address their specific challenges and goals. This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and collaborating with other consultants and stakeholders.
• Leading client engagements: You will manage client relationships and lead large projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will interact with C-suite and senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Driving business development: You will work with Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s business development team to identify new opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients. You will leverage your expertise and experience to help win new business and expand Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s footprint in the smart cities space.
• Building and managing a team: You will recruit, train, and manage a team of consultants with expertise in smart city technologies and solutions. You will provide coaching and mentorship to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You will stay abreast of the latest smart city technologies, policies, and trends, and use this knowledge to inform your work and advise clients.

As the Product Engineering & Servicing / Smart Cities Capability Lead, you should be knowledgeable about the latest smart city technologies and trends that are shaping the industry. Here are some sample technologies that you should be familiar with:

• Internet of Things (IoT) devices: IoT devices are used to gather data from the environment, such as traffic patterns, air quality, and energy consumption. This data is then used to inform decisions and optimize city operations.
• Smart Buildings: Smart buildings use advanced technologies such as sensors, energy management systems, and machine learning algorithms to optimize energy consumption and improve the comfort and safety of occupants.
• Digital Twin: A digital twin is a virtual replica of a physical asset or system that can be used to simulate and optimize its performance. In the context of smart cities, digital twins can be used to model and optimize urban infrastructure such as buildings, transportation networks, and utility systems.
• Smart Utilities: Smart utilities use advanced sensors and analytics to optimize the distribution and consumption of water, gas, and electricity. They can help cities reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and enhance sustainability.
• Smart Parking: Smart parking systems use sensors and data analytics to optimize the use of parking spaces. They can help reduce traffic congestion, improve mobility, and enhance the user experience for drivers.
