We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing professional with 10-12 years of proven experience in managing and executing performance-oriented marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of transforming marketing strategies into measurable ROI.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation. Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.). Plan and oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid advertising campaigns. Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging. Analyze performance metrics, track ROI, and deliver monthly digital performance reports. Optimize digital campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and audience segmentation. Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and maximum impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10-12 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Proven track record of delivering performance-based results and measurable growth. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Exceptional communication and creative thinking abilities. Experience in B2B marketing, especially within technology, manufacturing, or design industries, will be an advantage.
