We are looking for a Marketing Digital Project Manager on an initial 12 month contrac
t
to work with clients and marketing delivery teams to manage complex marketing digital projects that achieve business results within the timeframes and budget provided.
The role can be based on a remote basis in Dubai. Please note the working days of this role are Sunday - Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the scoping, planning and delivery of digital implementations including the best-practices for delivery and risk mitigation.
Ensuring that dependencies on client and other agencies are properly captured, monitored, and resolved.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will ensure that client briefs are clearly articulated and that delivery teams are delivering on customer requirements.
Proactively engages and reviews client campaigns and projects and makes recommendations to ensure optimal and most efficient routes to delivery are achieved.
Creating and tracking project plans, managing scrum activities, risks and issues
Supporting pre-sales activity through managing the proposal build process including ensuring that estimations, risks and issues are properly captured.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in a similar role at a marketing or digital agency
Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of digital marketing and technology to meet client goals
Skilled in project management, agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA
Experience managing projects using Adobe Experience Cloud (Campaign, Test & Target, AEM, Magento) or similar tools (Braze, Iterable, Shopify)
Able to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-priority environments independently and in teams
Excellent time management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Proactive and collaborative in identifying and resolving issues
