Role Summary
The Digital Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of financial services digital products, balancing commercial objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience excellence. The role works closely with design, technology, API, marketing, and business teams to deliver mobile-first, scalable, and compliant digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the mobile-first strategy and end-to-end management of digital products supporting leasing, rental, and hire purchase across GCC markets
  • Own and evolve mobile apps, websites, and APIs enabling product discovery, onboarding, servicing, and sales
  • Collaborate with UX, development, and API teams to deliver fast, intuitive, and engaging digital journeys
  • Drive digital acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives across integrated channels
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and delivery plans aligned to market needs and regulations
  • Continuously improve digital experiences using analytics, customer feedback, and benchmarking
  • Track and report KPIs including adoption, conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue contribution
  • Coordinate with automotive finance, leasing, retail lending, and marketing teams to align digital capabilities with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with digital, regulatory, and information security standards across GCC operating markets
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management across mobile apps, web platforms, and APIs
  • Experience in financial services or automotive finance including leasing, rental, or hire purchase
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first product design, API ecosystems, and digital distribution models
  • Proven ability to deliver and optimize digital customer journeys and product-led growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
