Digital Print Designer/Production Manager
- Oversee print production process, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines
- Design, produce, and deliver print materials on time
Responsibilities
- Design and Print Production
- Create print designs/mockups for marketing/promo materials
- Prepare and manage print-ready files
- Oversee pre-printing, printing, and finishing processes
- Customer Service
- Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Workflow Management
- Manage print workflow, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly
- Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of print production processes (digital and offset printing)
- Familiarity with color management and printing techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print Technology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in print design and production
- Strong portfolio showcasing print design work
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital printing
- Familiarity with design software

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
