Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, social media graphics, web design, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and engage target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching digital graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, ads, and other marketing materials.
• Create branding assets, including logos, style guides, and promotional materials.
• Develop engaging UI/UX elements (e.g., website layouts, app interfaces, icons).
• Edit and retouch photos/videos for digital use (basic knowledge of photo/video editing).
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch (for UI/UX).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with social media design (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Canva) is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing/advertising agencies or in-house creative teams.
• Knowledge of print design (brochures, banners, packaging).
• Understanding of SEO-optimized design for digital content.
