Our newest opportunity is for a talented Digital Practice Leader to join our award winning PM/CM Division based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is responsible for leading the adoption and implementation of digital solutions to address PM/CM division needs and challenges. Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

Develop and lead a strategy to promote and foster a culture of excellence through improving our professional and technical excellence in line with the PM/CM business practice. Develop software for specific tasks such as simplification of analytics. Driving new technologies implementation in PM/CM division. Work with PM/CM Leaders to deliver the professional and technical excellence strategy in a focused and effective manner that is linked to our client needs. Create a digital network and strategy to support company networking; promote the use of systems and technologies; and continually review and develop team capabilities in line with technological advancements. Working closely with Digital Advisory Services to ensure PM/CM division alignment with company-wide digital vision. Recommend and drive improvements to existing processes. Create and maintain knowledge database including guidelines, video tutorials and training sessions. Foster innovation for projects. Support Project Leaders in communicating our service offering to clients and co-create opportunities with our key clients. Provide input to proposals/take part in bid reviews for projects and work-winning opportunities such as client presentations. Undertake or support project reviews to ensure technical compliance and good practice are being followed. Conducts digital onboarding introduction to team members. Champions team reviews to lead an inspiring performance culture through sharing knowledge with others and /or leading a team. Overview and support multiple projects. Ensures that Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement is embedded into all work practices. Piloting Artificial Intelligence application to support business operations Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 10 years work experience in delivering projects using BIM processes/technologies preferably during construction stage partnered with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant Engineering discipline.
