As a Digital Strategy Project Leader (and in above positions) you will be in charge of managing digital project teams that design and develop innovative software- and technology-driven business strategies for client corporations. You advise clients across diverse industries and settings on key strategic business issues, producing leading-edge business models, and addressing specific problems and opportunities to help them digitize their businesses for example by means of Big Data, AI, Agile Methodologies, Cloud Solutions, IoT and the design of digital products and platforms to name just a few.
You will guide diverse teams of consulting talents and help them to flourish through thought leadership, team mentoring and business development. You will be a point of reference for our clients who will seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
As a Project Leader (and in above positions), you will direct diverse teams of consulting talent. Your role will be to help those teams flourish through thought leadership, team mentoring and business development, and clients will seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work.
We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:
- 8+ years of experience within a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on technology/digital initiatives), potentially combined with experience from a tech/ IT or digital strategy role in the industry, or a tech start-up leadership role
- Relevant experience related to digital/IT strategy projects, commercial growth initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and digital/IT transformations
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to synthesize the team’s work into recommendations presented to clients, and deliver oral and written reports to the client management
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- The proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide support and guidance to teams and colleagues, owning the responsibility of project work
- A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow the business
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel according to business needs;
- An outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is good to have. In addition to strong presence, team spirit and leadership skills.
