Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Digital Performance Manager to join a team of an award-winning lifestyle hotel brand in the UAE.

- Experience managing large digital advertising budgets is a must.
- Experience handling digital marketing eco-systems is much preferred (website development, CRM, Booking engine, etc).
- Arabic proficiency is preferred.

- Working with the commercial team to build a digital yearly plan and budget of the entire group.
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase internet traffic and drive online production.
- Work with the commercial team to develop new initiatives that drive additional revenue and conversions.
- Drive the commercial performance of the brand website from A to Z.
- Manage effectively all actions required for driving digital performance (digital advertising, Metasearch, SEO, website enhancements, and more).
- Execute campaigns on OTA advertising platforms.
- Ensure the properties content (photography & descriptions) in all online channels remains accurate and brand compliant.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotels descriptive content & images.
- Manage the hotels data collection, marketing automation campaigns and overall email marketing performance via CRM.
- Reporting and Analysis of Web Direct & Indirect Performance.
- Reporting and Optimization of Digital Performance.
