We are a fast-growing tourism company in Dubai and are expanding our marketing team. We are currently seeking an

experienced Female Digital Marketing Specialist

with strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO

to drive

lead generation and online sales

.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and executing SEO strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions Develop and implement effective

SEO strategies

to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and performance tracking Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed

performance and ROI reports

Continuously optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize results Collaborate with the internal team to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with

Google Ads and Meta Ads

(mandatory) Strong knowledge and practical experience in

SEO

Demonstrated ability to generate

leads and sales

through digital marketing campaigns Excellent

English communication and speaking skills

Must provide a

portfolio or case studies

showcasing past campaign results Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns efficiently
