Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Forex/CFD brokerage services.
Analyze marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities in online trading markets (retail and institutional).
Collaborate with management and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Performance Marketing
Manage
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, YouTube, and Display
campaigns.
Optimize
CPA, CPL, ROI
, and lead quality through data-driven decision-making.
Set up and manage
remarketing
and
conversion tracking
strategies using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations.
Social Media & Content Marketing
Manage and grow company presence across social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok).
Create engaging content tailored for traders, investors, and partners (articles, infographics, videos, webinars, etc.).
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and influencers in the Forex niche.
Affiliate & IB Marketing
Support the growth of
affiliate and introducing broker (IB)
programs through online campaigns.
Work closely with the partnership team to promote referral programs, webinars, and trading competitions.
Email & CRM Automation
Design and execute targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and retention.
Use CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or proprietary systems) to track leads and campaign performance.
SEO & Web Analytics
Manage website SEO (on-page and off-page) to improve organic visibility for Forex/CFD trading keywords.
Use tools like
Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs
, or
SimilarWeb
for performance tracking and competitor analysis.
Monitor website and landing page performance (CTR, bounce rate, conversion funnel).
Compliance & Branding
Ensure all campaigns comply with
regulatory and brand guidelines
of Forex/CFD markets.
Work with compliance teams to ensure ad copy and content meet jurisdictional standards (ESMA, DFSA, CySEC, etc., depending on region).
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years
of digital marketing experience within the
Forex / CFD / FinTech
sector (mandatory).
Proven experience running performance campaigns for
trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, etc.)
or brokers.
Strong understanding of
Forex trading concepts
(spreads, leverage, liquidity, instruments, trading psychology).
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools
, and
web analytics
platforms.
Experience with
affiliate marketing
,
lead generation
, and
conversion optimization
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce campaign concepts that resonate with traders.
Knowledge of
Arabic, Russian, or Chinese
(plus) for regional marketing targeting MENA, CIS, or Asia.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in
