We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist with expertise in premium hospitality or lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and driving engagement while aligning with brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop engaging content (static, video, Stories, Reels) tailored to platform trends and audience preferences.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using Meta Business Suite and other social tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
2. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google SEM, and Snapchat Business.
  • Monitor budgets, analyze KPIs (ROI, CTR, conversions), and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators for branded partnerships.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Analyze website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and user behavior.
  • Work with web developers to optimize UX/UI and landing pages.
4. CRM & Email Marketing
  • Leverage CRM systems to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
  • Assist in email marketing strategies (newsletters, promotions, retention campaigns).
5. Trend Analysis & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of digital/content trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Recommend innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of digital marketing/social media experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Snapchat Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of growing social media followings and driving engagement.
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content curation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or emerging platforms.
  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and guest personas.
