:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital footprint. This role involves managing our social media channels, creating branded content and graphics, overseeing ad spend and performance analytics (especially on Meta platforms), and managing website updates and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create visually appealing content and graphics aligned with brand identity (posts, stories, reels, ads, banners, etc.) Plan, execute, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis Monitor analytics across all platforms and report on performance, engagement, and ROI Update and manage website content, ensuring design and functionality align with brand standards Coordinate with internal teams to align digital messaging with business objectives Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and advertising platforms

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools) Experience with Meta Ads Manager and knowledge of ad performance analytics Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience in performance marketing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field Experience working with UAE-based companies or GCC region Knowledge of SEO basics and Google Analytics is a plus
