Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage social media calendar and campaigns. Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community interaction.
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns). Track and analyze campaign performance; optimize for ROI. Work on SEO/SEM to increase website traffic and visibility.
Website Management
Update and maintain company website (products, services, news, promotions). Ensure website is user-friendly, optimized, and aligned with branding. Coordinate with developers/designers if technical updates are needed.
Content Creation
Design graphics, banners, and promotional material for social media and website. Create short videos/reels for campaigns and promotions. Write clear, engaging captions, newsletters, and marketing copy.
Analytics & Reporting
Track social media, website, and campaign performance. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong knowledge of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Hands-on experience with:
Website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS). SEO & Google Analytics. Online advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Strong writing skills for marketing copy and social media captions.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
Portfolio or examples of past social media campaigns and content.
Soft Skills:
Creative thinker with attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Excellent communication skills. Team player but able to work independently in a small company setup.
