Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and brand.
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions).
Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations).
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams for marketing materials and promotions.
Manage photo and video shoots when needed.
Suggest creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management or marketing (preferably in beauty, fashion, or perfume industry).
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Creativity and a good eye for design and branding.
Familiar with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
Understanding of influencer marketing and paid advertising.
Good presentation and storytelling skills.
