A growing web and digital agency are looking for an active and energetic Digital Marketing Business Development executive. Key job responsibilities are totally sales include but not limited to: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data in excel sheet. Preparing the quotations and Invoices. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve the sales target Managing leads in the CRM. Monitoring Live-Chat on Website. Respond to customer inquiries on the live-chat. Communicating with clients over the emails (Welcome Emails, Set-up appointments, etc ) Follow up with clients on WhatsApp/emails. Preparing Proposals. Ownership of quarterly targets. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Can Join Immediately About: We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency based out of Dubai, Egypt, UK and Qatar.
