We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Male/Female), you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and Generate leads.
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
Oversees all company social media accounts management.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Knowledge in Real Estate CRM and portals.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Proficient with photography, video editing, web designing and graphic designing.
Creating and maintaining client relationships.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Digital Marketing experience in UAE (Real Estate would be preferred).
Bachelors or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
Great interpersonal and communication skills; well-versed in English and Hindi/Urdu, (Arabic would be a plus)
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
