About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic

Digital Marketing Professional

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of digital marketing trends within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter). Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. Monitor audience engagement and optimize performance.

2. Paid Advertising (PPC & Display Ads)

Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and budget control. Analyze ad performance and generate reports to maximize ROI.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink activities. Monitor website ranking, performance, and analytics.

4. Content Marketing

Create and manage content across blogs, email newsletters, landing pages, and social media. Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.

5. Lead Generation

Run performance-driven online campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads. Build lead funnels and tracking systems.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

7. Brand Management

Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms. Work closely with designers and developers to enhance digital presence.

8. Email Marketing

Create and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho. Build and segment mailing lists for targeted communication.
