We're now expanding our marketing and outreach capability and are looking for a technical, data-driven B2B marketer to build our lead generation engine from the ground up.
The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other outreach platforms.
You will design automated workflows, manage CRM systems, and build high-quality B2B prospect lists using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound platforms.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical marketing experience who can combine strategy, analytics, and execution to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and run B2B lead generation and cold outreach campaigns using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
Build segmented prospect lists and maintain high-quality contact databases with proper enrichment and verification.
Manage CRM systems including lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting.
Automate workflows such as lead scoring, follow-up reminders, and pipeline updates using integrations (Zapier or similar tools).
Create and manage LinkedIn content, company updates, and engagement campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Develop marketing materials such as case studies, client success stories, and project updates.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
Research market trends, competitor campaigns, and new outreach tools or AI automation platforms to keep Apex at the forefront of B2B marketing.
Support regional marketing strategies for both European and UAE audiences with localized messaging.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Technical understanding of outreach automation, CRM integrations, and analytics tools.
Proven track record in managing cold email campaigns, prospect nurturing, and sales funnel optimization.
Proficient in campaign tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
