Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Scope:
Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online display advertising.
Create and manage engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Optimize campaigns using performance metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email platforms.
Manage the organization's website (content, design coordination, basic updates via CMS).
Lead social media strategy and community management.
Oversee online reputation management and monitor digital trends and competitors.
Traditional Marketing Scope:
Plan and coordinate traditional marketing activities such as print ads, flyers, brochures, corporate gifts, and trade shows.
Collaborate with vendors for production and placement of marketing materials (e.g., billboards, newspaper ads, event booths).
Manage logistics and promotions for exhibitions, seminars, sponsorships, and public events.
Support internal communications and branding through newsletters, internal campaigns, and corporate announcements.
Liaise with sales teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business objectives.
General Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional collaboration between digital, sales, and design teams.
Track marketing spend and ensure efficient budget allocation across digital and offline initiatives.
Provide reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and ROI.
Stay up to date with marketing trends and emerging tools across digital and offline channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a marketing role with blended digital and traditional scope.
Proven experience with digital platforms (Google Ads, SEO tools, CMS, social media).
Familiarity with offline marketing mediums and event planning.
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Certifications.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for campaign material design.
Prior experience in managing marketing activities for B2B and B2C audiences.
