As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote their trading services and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement innovative campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring our brand message reaches and resonates with their target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for our website, blog, social media channels, email marketing, and other digital platforms

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for optimizing our digital marketing efforts

Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing performance analysis

Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic

Leverage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive lead generation

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives

Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful digital assets, including banners, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with industry regulations

Prepare reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably within the trading or financial industry

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing

Proficiency in utilizing web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content

Experience in managing PPC campaigns and working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads

Familiarity with compliance regulations related to digital marketing in the financial and trading sectors

Ability to think analytically, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies
