Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and implement digital strategies to enhance brand presence and drive traffic within the property industry. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven ability to manage campaigns and optimise performance.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in Arabic and English across multiple channels
- Optimise Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI, managing substantial budgets
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance campaign performance
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Align marketing efforts with sales teams to generate quality leads
- Recommend SEO and content strategies to boost brand visibility
- Strategise lead generation per project and developer, ensuring alignment with sales goals
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the UAE or GCC
- Proven success in managing Google Ads and performance campaigns in luxury, automotive, or real estate sectors
- Strong experience in ROI management and budget optimisation
- Ability to craft compelling sales messaging and CTAs
- Understanding of Arabic-speaking customer behaviour
