Digital Marketing Lead (Arabic speaking) Industry: Joinery, Fit out and Architectural work. Reporting to: General Manager Reporters: Graphic designer / Technical IT support Location: DIP - a driving license and car required Main Purpose of the Job The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the Joinery, Fit-out, Events and Contracting sectors. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, monitoring competitors, and implementing multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. The role involves hands-on execution across SEO/SEM, web, email, social media, and content marketing to drive engagement and business growth. Main Responsibilities
Design and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Perform in-depth research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute digital campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images and videos) for daily social media activity.
Monitor SEO performance, web traffic metrics, and campaign analytics; report insights and suggest improvements.
Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure informative and visually appealing content.
Support business units by providing marketing tools such as presentations, bumpers, and visual content.
Represent the company professionally by leading client tours through the office, factory, and production sites.
Conduct photography, videography, and content creation for ongoing and completed projects.
Manage design and branding for all social media platforms (e.g., profile pictures, banners, blog layouts).
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain active community management.
Propose and run brand awareness activities, including promotions and social campaigns.
Stay updated with emerging tools and trends in digital marketing, AI applications, and design software.
Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies to maintain brand competitiveness.
Represent the company with professionalism, including public speaking and appearing in video content.
Operate independently while coordinating across departments to achieve marketing goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in the UAE.
Strong background in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation in Fit-out, Events, Contracting, and Construction sectors.
Proven experience managing social media and digital campaigns end-to-end.
Proficiency in content creation, photography, videography, and editing tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Well experienced in Project tours with Clients or managing clients with tours and guide on sites and company floor.
Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Tech-savvy with a keen eye for design, detail and storytelling.
Self-starter with high energy, flexibility, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working on construction sites to gather visual content.
Strong team player with leadership and multitasking abilities
Compensation: 15000AED + Visa + yearly ticket allowance + medical insurance +petrol allowance (sites)
