Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Manage and run digital marketing campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and property portals
.
Create, schedule, and monitor
property listings and promotions
.
Generate and manage
qualified leads
through digital platforms.
Handle
company social media accounts
, posts, reels, and advertisements.
Prepare marketing content: captions, creatives, property descriptions, and short videos.
Track campaign performance and provide
weekly/monthly marketing reports
.
Sales & Leasing:
Handle
buyer inquiries
and follow up leads.
Close
sales transactions
.
Maintain client database
Tele calling to generate leads
Assist in negotiations and deal closures.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools and ad platforms
.
Experience in
Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, social media ads
.
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Must have
own valid UAE visa
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
