We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in real estate marketing to drive our online presence, lead generation, and brand visibility.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry. This role requires expertise in lead generation, SEO, landing page optimization, website management, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates and user experience.
Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and ranking.
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing regular reports to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, lead generation, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and CRM systems.
Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
