Digital Marketing Expert - E-commerce & Social Media

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing paid campaigns and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon).
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Management:
Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns on
Google Ads
,
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
, and
TikTok
to drive targeted traffic, improve brand awareness, and boost sales.
Oversee budgeting, bidding strategies, and
ad performance optimization
to meet KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA).
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting across all platforms.
Provide in-depth
campaign analysis
and
monthly reports
with key insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive
sales growth
through strategic
paid media campaigns
and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Work closely with sales teams to set realistic and
achievable sales targets
based on campaign results and product demand.
Continuously monitor performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed
monthly/quarterly sales targets
.
Budget Allocation:
Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok campaigns based on channel performance and ROI.
Monitor and adjust
spend allocation
for optimization, focusing on the highest-performing platforms and campaigns.
Amazon & Noon E-commerce Optimization:
Optimize
Amazon
and
Noon product listings
, ensuring accurate and engaging content (images, titles, bullet points, and descriptions).
Manage
brand approvals
and work on increasing visibility with A+ Content, Sponsored Products, and other tools available on Amazon/Noon.
Implement SEO best practices to ensure products rank highly in search results on both platforms.
Perform regular performance analysis on sales data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate
weekly/monthly performance reports
for all digital marketing channels.
Use
Google Analytics
and platform-specific tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) to track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
