Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive/Web Developer to join our creative agency in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and web development, with a passion for creating engaging online experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns. Create and manage content for various digital platforms. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and traffic. Design, develop, and maintain websites for clients. Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. Collaborate with the creative team to align web development with marketing goals. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and web technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality and performance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools). Strong knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and eCommerce solutions. Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Graphics & Multimedia, Web Development, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency, with a proven track record in digital marketing and web development.

Additional Skills:

Photography & Videography:

Knowledge in shooting and editing photos and videos is an added advantage. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
