Digital Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic team in the cosmetics industry. If you know your way around makeup trends, social media platforms, and e-commerce strategy--this role has your name written in lipstick.
What You'll Do:
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Plan and execute engaging content strategies tailored to the beauty community.
Manage influencer outreach and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to support promotions, product launches, and retail partnerships.
Maintain and update the website and product listings to enhance user experience and conversions.
Work closely with designers and content creators to bring stunning visuals and videos to life.
Stay on top of beauty trends, social platform updates, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion.
Strong understanding of makeup and skincare products.
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Aesthetic eye for content and passion for beauty branding.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Bonus Points If You:
Have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify or WooCommerce).
Have worked on MENA-region campaigns and understand the local beauty market.
Speak Arabic and/or have experience with localization marketing.
