Job Title: Digital Marketing executive for Boutique- Only Female

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive cum Digital Marketing Executive (Female Only)

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both sales and digital marketing, with the ability to manage client relationships and run effective online campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage social media content, posting schedules, and engagement Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance (Google Analytics, etc.) Assist in SEO and SEM efforts to improve online visibility Create marketing content such as banners, emails, and blog posts

Sales Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly manner Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain store cleanliness and product displays Handle billing, returns, and exchanges Stock replenishment and inventory support.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (as per role requirements) Based in Dubai or willing to relocate Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
