Coordinate with Sales team and stores to collect products for adding it to the online shops. ? Support Marketing officer with Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies ? Support in Publishing contents on the social media platforms ? Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends ? Support Customer service representative in Responding to customer inquiries & comments formats on social platforms in a timely manner ? Support in Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to marketing officer ? Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content ? Support marketing officer with the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines ?
