As a Digital Marketing coordinator ,you'll support your organization's Digital marketing team by monitoring the engagement on various social media platforms & Organization website. More specifically you'll get to:

• Tracks online sales data, maintains Digital promotional materials inventory
• Prepares Website marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data.
• Coordinate with Sales team and stores to collect products for adding it to the online shops.
• Support Marketing officer with Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies
• Support in Publishing contents on the social media platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends
• Support Customer service representative in Responding to customer inquiries & comments formats on social platforms in a timely manner
• Support in Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to marketing officer
• Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
• Support marketing officer with the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines
• Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Familiar with social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok and Snapchat)
